BSRM STEELS LTD.
Served BSRM Steels Ltd. as Head of Operations from March 2007 to 2010. During the project period he was responsible planning and execution of the most modern 3.00 lacs ton per year capacity steel plant including preparation of the bidding documents, evaluation and contracting. The Mill was commissioned in April 2008 . As the Management representative he was responsible for implementation of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. This company was ISO certified on 24th Sept. 2008. Certification audit for CARES (Certification Scheme for the Steel for the reinforcement of Concrete) has been completed under his supervision as management representative.

As the Construction/Project Manager completed construction, erection and installation of all textile machinery, utility units, captive power plant and utility pipings for the following factory units : Beximco Textiles Ltd; Beximco Denims Ltd; Beximco Knitings Ltd; Freshtex Washing Plant; 3 nos large capacity garments plants

D. AZZAWIYA OIL REFINING COMPANY, LIBYA (under the Ministry of Oil, Libya)
• Introduced computerized job scheduling and progress monitoring procedures for routine maintenance and turn-around programs for the refinery plant equipment and machinery. • Commissioned and implemented a very recently developed computer based Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance system package for refinery equipment. All program software and monitoring equipment were procured from IRD Mechanalysis, UK. • As a special assignment took part in the review of the Front End Engineering documents and later, as a member of the Technical Evaluation Committee evaluated Bid documents for a new petroleum refinery project at Sebha, Libya.
1971-1992
EASTERN REFINERY LTD.
During his service in the refinery he worked in increasingly responsible positions in the Maintenance, Production, and R&D divisions. He was Head of Engineering at the time he left the refinery for services abroad. PLANT MAINTENANCE: • Executed most of the Annual Refinery Turnarounds / Shutdown programs as the Lead Engineer In-charge including preparation of Material Planning and shutdown scheduling by CPM procedure. • Developed and implemented Materials Coding and Inventory Control system for the refinery. • Developed and introduced Computer Aided Maintenance Management System. Also implemented vibration based computer aided condition monitoring system for all rotating equipment and machinery in refinery. REFINERY OPERATIONS: • He was responsible for production and operations of the refinery units for two years as Sr. Manager Operations. • He actively participated in the development and implementation of fire protection and safety policies for refinery plant units, tank farm and utility areas.
